Visa Requirements

It is the responsibility of international students to research their specific Thailand visa requirements prior to arrival, including the obtaining of all necessary visas from Thai embassies or consulates in their home country.

For more information, please visit the “Visa to Thailand” page on www.aigsthailand.com/AIGS-Visa.

Enrolment Policies and Procedure

In order to enrol for a course at AIGS, applicants are required to submit an application form and two passport-sized photos.

50% of the total tuition fee must be paid 90 days before the course is due to commence, with the remaining balance covered 30 days before the first class. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that these payment deadlines are met and AIGS reserves the right to replace the applicant with a reserve should this not be the case. Seating is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Students enrolling for the A.G. and M.G. programs should commence their studies within 6 months of their initial payment to AIGS. Beyond this 6 months period, students will be subjected to any tuition increases that may have occurred since their initial enrolment.

Except in the most extreme circumstances, AIGS does not provide any refunds for fully-paid, or partially-paid, tuition fees, regardless of attendance or completion of the course in question. All changes to proposed course attendance must be made at least 30 days before the date of the first class.
