Sirinee Mutitaporn joined AIGS in 2002, having previously received her A.G. from AIGS and G.G. from GIA Thailand. She is also a jewelry businesswoman and works with her mother, who has been in the diamond and colored stone business for over forty years.

Kamolmas Kosinthrakul is a jewelry designer and works with her mother, who has been in the gold jewelry business for over 30 years. She received her GG from GIA, Thailand and joined AIGS school in 2003. She teaches the Diamond Grading & Pricing class in Thai.

Natthaphon Rattanasakolpatt

Joined AIGS school in  2017

Natthaphon has been an instructor at AIGS for almost 1 year. Prior joining here, he was an instructor, specialized in diamond and color stone, at GIA Thailand for 1 year. Regarding his educational background, he completed GIA Graduate Gemologist Program in Hongkong, and received a bachelor and master degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University and University of Sheffield, respectively.

Ting Wu (Michelle)

Joined AIGS school in  2017

Michelle Wu has studied gemology for 8 years and got a master degree in gemology from Gemological Institute China university of Geosciences. After completing her study, she moved to Bangkok and joined AIGS. She got the scholarship in AIGS and finished A.G. Program, working as both a gemologist in AIGS Lab and as an instructor in AIGS School. She speaks Chinese and English. She holds the position of Chinese Academic director in AIGS.

Patharaphum Sudprasert

Patharaphum Sudprasert is a gemological instructor at AIGS who in charge of Diamond, Colored Stones and Synthetic & Treatments courses. He is an experienced gemological instructor and gemologist who loves sharing his passion in gemology with students.

Boonyanart Lakkhana received her jewelry design diploma from GIA,Thailand. She joined AIGS school in 2006. She teaches the Jewelry Design and Counter Top Sketching courses.

Yajun Wang enjoyed a 10-year gemological education background at Gemological Institute China University of Geosciences, and received a doctorate in Gemology in 2017. He got a GIA scholarship, and finished GIA Graduate Gemologist Program at GIA Bangkok campus. He works as both an instructor in AIGS School and a gemologist in AIGS Lab.

Jinding Yu (Lydia)

Jinding Yu (Lydia) has studied gemology for 7 years and got a master's degree in Gemology from Gemological Institute, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) (GIC). She obtained Gemology certificates from British FGA (Gem-A) and GIC within half a year. Prior joining AIGS, she worked in HRD Antwerp Shanghai. Jinding Yu works as both an instructor in AIGS School and a gemologist in AIGS Lab.

Sasicha Otaka joined AIGS in 2018.She Graduated in gemology (A.G. Program) from AIGS and she is also a teacher assistance in the Gem laboratory more than 4 years. Sasicha worked at chanthaburi Gems market. She has an experience in Gem detection.

Somsri Thammathitirut

Somsri has been running a sucessful wholesale diamond company for almost 40 years, importing diamonds from all over the world, such as the infamous Antwerp's diamond hub and wholesaling to leading jewellery retailers in Thailand. Somsri also designs fine jewellery and has a boutique called Gemma at JTC. Somsri started as the first teacher at AIGS and currently is an appointed advisor and lecturer. Somsri also holds a GG,FG and AG.

Hajime Ando

Hajime Ando: My professional path began more than 30 years ago in Tokyo, Japan, my hometown. In university, I majored in metal craft, which is a traditional Japanese handicraft. After graduation, I started my career as a jewelry designer in Japan for ten years. After my first trip to Italy, my love for Italian art and language led me to move to Valenza in 2001. Valenza is Italy’s major jewelry district in the region of Piedmont with the highest number of high-quality gold artisans and jewelry businesses in the country. Here, I continued to cultivate my passion for jewelry craftsmanship and became a designer for an Italian jewelry brand called LUCA CARATI. Afterwards, I was a designer for Crova s.p.a, an Italian manufacturer of handmade jewelry founded in 1845. From 2005 onwards, I became one of the seven jewelry designers for Bvlgari in Rome.
